  I've used Bushwacker's Sharpening service since the original owner, John, was alive. John had the best service around and was very professional. I recommended a lot of people to them. After John passed away the sharpening went to somebody else and though the quality is nice, the service is RIDICULOUS. I never actually speak to the sharpener and it takes over a week to get your stuff back. This time I was going on vacation and planned to be gone a week, so brought all of my tools in before I left to be sharpened. It is now the 8th day, I'm returning to work, and Bushwackers hair salon is not answering their phone. When we called yesterday the man told us that my tools were not finished and to check back around 3:30. When we called at 3:30 there was no answer when we called. We called twice. This morning Bushwackers is supposed to open at 10am, it is now 1030 and I have to have my stuff before I go to work. I have called 10 times since they opened and nobody is answering.
  
  I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SHARPENING SERVICE AGAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET YOUR STUFF BACK.
